Relaunching Your Daycare After COVID-19

Since the State of Texas is slowly reopening its doors to businesses. The small business owners are having a little trouble recovering. As a small business daycare owner, there is not an exception for you.

During this COVID pandemic, there are many childcare centers that had to close temporary since they dont provide emergency care assistance. Yet for those daycare centers that host the doctors and hospital staff or emergency service children, those daycares seem to be booming with new students since the schools are no longer in session for the rest of the year.

For those that are relaunching, here are some tips top help you grow your new enrollment fast!

1. Email all current and those potential pipeline parents - The goal is to email everyone that has ever shown interest in your center.

2. Waive your Registration Fee- Everyone was out of work not just your center, so lending the helping hand of not taking an additional fee is a great way to get parents in your doors versus a competitor.

3. Create a Limited Time Offer- Give them also maybe a week free or 1/2 off the first week. These little things can be beneficial to you in the long run and will captivate a potential parent.

4. Make sure your center looks clean and ready- With a virus going through our communities, a clean and organized daycare is very important to potential and existing parents. Make sure a week before you open, the whole center is clean and ready to go.

For those daycares about to open, this is the time that you can really get a jump on your competition. For other daycare tips and business growth. Take a look at Advantage Training Group, LLC.
